Welcome 

Tanya Forgan and Geeta Jajani (Support Facilitator) extend a heartfelt invitation to you to come and join us for the 'Awakening the Heart' retreat in Spain this Summer Solstice.  This retreat has been crafted with so much care and love to offer you a space of deep nourishment and nurturing for your body,  mind and soul. 

The Retreat 

Step into an extraordinary journey beyond the confines of the everyday—a retreat where you can inhale fully and exhale deeply and liberate yourself from the demands of doing. We will co-create a sanctuary of Circle gatherings, deep rest, embodied movement and genuine connections during our time together. 

In the sacred space of our Circle gatherings we will come together for moments of exploration, reflection and inquiry, allowing the wisdom of the collective to guide us on our path.

Deep rest practices will be woven into each day. There will be not one, but two Yoga Nidra practices a day to offer you time do no-thing, to be guided into a dream state and enter the world of absolute possibility beyond the limitations of the mind. Yoga Nidra is one of Tanya's favourite practices and she is delighted to share this with you, knowing the profound effects it can have on awakening the human heart. 

Gentle restorative embodied movement will keep the energy flowing through your physical body, offering you more freedom and space to take a  deeper belly breath. 

Guided practices will invite you to release old stories and wounds and open yourself to the depth and beauty of your divine nature, your true state. 

It goes without saying there will be plenty of time for poolside rest or a walk into nature. 

This retreat is an opportunity to come together in the warm embrace of Tanya and Geeta, at Tierra Cosmica, Andalusia, in a tranquil and profoundly transformative space.   

Throughout our time together, gentleness will be our guiding principle, as we navigate the depths of our inner landscape with compassion and grace. 

The Venue - Tierra Cosmica

Nestled amidst the  mountains, just beyond Marbella,  lies the enchanting haven known as Tierra Cosmica. This sacred space is a testament to the boundless vision of Tanya's two dear friends ~ Benjamin and Anne-Marie, who have lovingly crafted it to serve as a sanctuary for our retreat. Here, amidst the embrace of Mother Nature's breathtaking beauty, Tierra Cosmica calls us to reconnect with our inner selves, to find solace and inspiration in the gentle whispers of the wind and the song of the birds. It is a refuge where magic unfolds amidst the tranquility of the natural world.

You can come and do as little or as much as you wish. Of course, you'll get the most from the retreat if you participate in the shared spaces and your heart will surely thank you for the co-regulation.

A Typical Day:

• Morning Practice: Guided Yoga Nidra practice (deep rest - yes, after sleep!) followed by embodied movement.
• Brunch: Organic, belly filling, locally sourced soul food. 
• Free time: Poolside rest, journalling, walking, chilling.  
• Afternoon Practice: Coming together in Circle for shared conversation, co-regulation practices.
• Free-time: Poolside rest, journalling, walking, chilling.  
• Dinner: Delicious dinner at the  at beautiful shared table.
• Evening Practice: Guided Yoga Nidra practice to prepare you for a deep sleep. 
• Bedtime.
