Heart Alchemy

Retreat Day

7th September 2025

Wasing Park, Aldermaston

Rest your body, Open your heart,

Yearning for deep rest and renewal?

Welcome, love. It’s good to have you here.

We live in a world that rarely pauses — where we’re pulled in countless directions, tending to careers, family, and the endless rhythm of to-do lists. In the rush, we so often forget to tend to ourselves — to our breath, our bodies, and the quiet whisper of our hearts.

Heart Alchemy is an invitation to come home to yourself.

This is not just a retreat day — it’s a sacred return. A space where you can soften, unravel, and remember the power and beauty of simply being. A day devoted to deep rest, embodied presence, and soul nourishment — where your only job is to exhale.

A Space of Renewal

This retreat has been crafted with tenderness and intention to guide you into deep connection — with yourself, with others, and with the wisdom that lives in your body.

You’ll be held in a nurturing rhythm of:

  • Somatic movement practices to awaken your body’s intelligence.
  • Restorative Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to dissolve fatigue and access deep inner realms.
  • Guided meditation and breathwork to soothe your nervous system and expand your heart.
  • Women’s Circle gatherings to share, be witnessed, and reconnect in sisterhood.
  • Moments of silence, stillness, and reflection to drop below the surface of everyday life.

This is a day to step out of the noise — and into the quiet magic of your own heart.

What You’ll Experience

There’s a quiet kind of magic that unfolds when we step out of the rush and into a space where nothing is expected of us — where breath deepens, bodies soften, and hearts begin to speak.

This is a day to exhale.

To come home to yourself. You might find yourself wrapped in stillness or moving gently to the rhythm of your own breath. You might notice the way your body starts to soften when no one is asking it to do anything. There is space here — for rest, for feeling, for connection.

You’ll be invited into practices that don’t push or demand, but rather invite — gently, tenderly — the parts of you that long to be witnessed, to be heard, to be held. Rest becomes a gateway, not just to renewal, but to something deeper: a remembering of your own aliveness.

You may find yourself drifting into the soft landscapes between sleep and waking, where insight and healing can quietly emerge. You may feel the warmth of shared presence, the ease of being with others without needing to perform, explain, or fix anything.

This day isn’t about doing more. It’s about softening into being. It’s about discovering what becomes possible when we slow down enough to truly listen — to our bodies, to our hearts, and to each other.

You are welcome just as you are.

The Alchemy of Circle

Something powerful happens when women gather — a remembering, a rekindling. In our circles, we listen, we speak, we feel, we rest — together. We co-create a space where healing becomes possible through presence and shared humanity.

This is the essence of Heart Alchemy.
