With nearly three decades devoted to exploring the mind-body connection, my journey has been a profound discovery of embodiment and self-awareness as pathways to transformation. My purpose in mentoring is to support you in recognizing and dissolving self-constructed stories and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

Together, we will gently uncover and release patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for a healthier, more joyful mindset. Through practices like Yoga Nidra, Breath work, Embodiment, and Mindfulness, I help you deepen self-awareness and build a meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you. Each session invites you to honour yourself fully, aligning your rhythms with the natural world and connecting with Mother Earth's teachings through deep listening and presence.

Trauma-Informed
In every space I hold—from individual mentorship to workshops and retreats—I bring a trauma-informed approach. I understand how trauma shapes the mind and body, influencing how we experience life and relationships. Trauma's impact is unique to each persons, shaped by personal, generational, and cultural layers; it is both personal and systemic. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where your inner world is honored, allowing you to explore your identity and story without judgment.

My intention is for you to feel seen, celebrated, and supported, moving at your own pace, free from pressure or expectation.  Trust, choice, and empowerment are foundational

Through a deeply personalised, body-centred approach, I guide you in transforming areas of your life impacted by fear or disconnection into spaces of trust, resilience, and empowerment. By blending trauma-informed practices, such as Bodywork, Embodiment, and Mindfulness, you will release stagnant patterns, create deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. This approach moves beyond traditional methods, helping you reconnect with your body and heart to catalyse real, lasting transformation.
