For the woman who longs to feel the beauty of life again.

There comes a point where you realise it’s not that life has lost its beauty,
it’s that somewhere along the way, in the holding, the doing, the keeping everything going, you stopped truly feeling it. Not because it disappeared, but because you had to override something in yourself to keep up.

Remember Beauty is a half day devoted to feeling life again.

Not beauty as something to earn or perform, but beauty as a way of being here, present, open, and awake to the small and staggering things that make a life.

We’ll feel the beauty, and gently notice what has been standing between us and being fully, wakefully alive.

Through ritual, rest, and the company of real women, we return to what was never really lost, only forgotten.

In a world that pulls us toward chaos, urgency, noise, and disconnection, to slow down and feel something beautiful again is a quiet act of resistance.

If something in you is longing for more aliveness, this is for you.

When you slow down, life begins to touch you again.

Remember what it feels like to be fully you.

Beauty

Beauty is medicine. It is the thing that reminds us that we are alive, that life is precious, that we are part of something tender and real.

Most of us have learned to move through the world at a pace that makes beauty invisible. We override the body, dull the senses, and carry on and something essential goes quiet in us.

This space offers a slowing down and turning towards. We will move through practices that open the senses, soften the body, and restore your relationship with the simple, extraordinary gift of being alive.

Remember what it feels like to be fully you.

What To Expect

Ritual of beauty ~ A ritual to open the five senses and soften the body (though to say more would be to spoil the magic of it!). A co-creation of an 'Earth-Altar'. Expect this to be a dlight for your eyes. Through music, poetry, gentle, we slow down to the 'speed of love'. Restorative and awakening in equal measure.

Cocoon of rest ~ A deeply held Yoga Nidra practice. A place to drop beneath the surface of doing and be guided into profound rest that doesn't just relax you, but restores something deeper.

Women's Circle ~ Held space for real sharing. Journalling, reflection, and the quiet power of being together without performing or fixing.

What you may notice afterwards

  • A softer more relaxed body.

  • A quieter, more spacious mind.

  • A renewed sensitivity to beauty in everyday life.

  • A deeper connection to yourself and others.

  • A sense that life feels closer and more available.

  • Practices that you can take away.

Your senses are a doorway back to yourself.

Who is this for?

This is for you if…

  • You hold a lot, and rarely feel held.

  • You often move through your days on autopilot, even though you know there’s more.

  • You crave beauty, but don’t know how to access it without effort.

  • You feel a quiet longing for something deeper, more alive, more real.

  • You’re tired and know you need deep nourishment.

Come as you are.

I will be holding this space with care, slowness, and deep attention. You won’t be rushed, analysed, or asked to be anything other than you are.

This is a space where nothing is required of you.

Join the Circle ~ I'd love to welcome you.

Come and put things down, be held, and remember all that you are. Light refreshments & nourishment provided.

About Tanya

Portrait of a woman

Tanya is a Group Facilitator, Ritualist, and Embodiment Guide devoted to creating spaces where life can be fully felt.

Her work is rooted in a simple knowing: we are not meant to do this alone.

Something shifts when we gather, slow down, and are met as we are.

Through Circle, ritual, and embodied practice, she creates spaces that are both steady and alive.
Spaces where the nervous system can soften, truth can be spoken, and connection becomes real.

Her work often meets people at thresholds, moments of change, uncertainty, or quiet knowing.

She supports people to stay with what is unfolding, trusting that something new is always emerging.

At the heart of it all is a devotion to Circle, not just as a practice, but as a way of being together that restores a sense of belonging.

An invitation back into life.Together.
