Community Practice in Living from the Heart

6 Week Journey of Connection, Awareness & Belonging

with Tanya Forgan

We are living through extraordinary times, a moment of great unraveling and remembering.
As the world around us quickens, many of us long for something deeper, real conversation, genuine community, and a way of being that feels more connected to life. Yet in a world that moves too fast, it’s easy to become disconnected from ourselves, from others, and from what truly matters.

The HeartWise Journey is a six-week in-person experience designed to support you slow down, listen deeply, and restore your sense of belonging. It’s a space to remember the wisdom of your heart and the grounding power of community.

Through gentle embodiment practices, reflective inquiry, and honest conversation, you’ll begin to:

• Regulate your nervous system and build inner resilience
• Feel more connected, calm, and alive in your body
• Strengthen self-trust and emotional awareness
• Learn to communicate with authenticity and care
• Cultivate compassion for yourself and others
• Experience the nourishment of true human connection

This journey isn’t about self-improvement, it’s about coming home.

HeartWise Circles are an invitation to come together in community, to listen, to be witnessed, and to remember that we belong.

Each week we gather in person to practice the art of being human together.
Through guided inquiry, embodied presence, and honest conversation, we learn what it means to live from the heart as a lived, relational practice.

What happens in a HeartWise Circle?

A HeartWise Circle is a gentle, structured space where you are invited to:

• Slow down and listen beneath the noise
• Explore your emotional landscape with curiosity and care
• Practice speaking from truth and listening from the heart
• Experience co-regulation and connection with others
• Discover what becomes possible when we are truly met

There is no fixing or performing here, just real human presence.
Each circle is both tender and transformative; a reminder that healing and growth are amplified when we are witnessed, not managed.

Why HeartWise?

When we meet from the heart, something ancient remembers itself.
We begin to see that personal healing and collective healing are not separate, that each moment of truth-telling, each softening, each breath of courage contributes to something much larger.

HeartWise Circles are for anyone longing to reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore trust in life, and rediscover what it feels like to belong.

Embodied Presence

Learning to listen ~ to the body, the breath, and the moment.

We practice slowing down enough to truly feel what is alive within and around us. Through this simple act of presence, we return to the wisdom of our bodies and the intelligence of the heart.

This invites a deeper honesty with ourselves and others, and a gentler way of meeting whatever life brings. From here, awareness ripens into compassion, and connection becomes our natural state.

Authentic Connection

Meeting one another with honesty, curiosity, and care.

We practice expressing ourselves with courage and listening with presence. This shared commitment to openness invites a depth of understanding that transcends words.

Through authentic connection, we begin to recognise our shared humanity and the simple truth that we are all learning how to love and be loved. From this space of mutual respect, genuine relationships and trust naturally unfold.

Collective Belonging

Remembering our place in the wider web of life.

We practice the art of being together. Through shared presence and mutual care, we begin to feel the invisible threads that connect us.

This invites us to remember that belonging is not something we earn but something we experience through relationship. From this sense of connection, we soften into trust, compassion, and the knowing that we are part of something larger than ourselves.

What to Expect Each Week:

Week 1 – Arriving in Presence
We begin by creating a safe and grounded container. Learn how to slow down, arrive in your body, and connect with the rhythm of breath and being.

Week 2 – Listening Within
We explore what it means to listen beneath the noise, to hear what your body and heart are trying to tell you, and to meet your emotions with curiosity instead of control.

Week 3 – Speaking from the Heart
Together we practice authentic expression and deep listening. Discover how honesty and vulnerability create trust and intimacy, both in circle and in daily life.

Week 4 – Being with Others
We explore the dynamics of connection and the art of co-regulation. Learn how to stay open and grounded in relationship, even when discomfort or difference arises.

Week 5 – Remembering Belonging
This week we attune to the web of life. Through shared reflection and ritual, we remember that we are not separate, that belonging is something we practice, together.

Week 6 – Integration & Celebration
We gather what has unfolded and honour the journey. You’ll leave with embodied tools and renewed clarity about how to live, love, and lead from the heart

This is for you if you are:

• Feeling disconnected and craving deeper, more authentic connection
• Longing to feel more at ease in your body and relationships
• Wanting to build emotional awareness and resilience
• Ready to move beyond isolation and into community
• Curious about living from the heart rather than the head
