If you've spent any time on my website, you'll have noticed three words that anchor almost everything I do: Awaken. Remember. Belong. I'm often asked what they mean, so I wanted to take a moment to answer properly.

Awaken

Awakening, for me, isn't a single dramatic moment. It's the slow return to noticing, noticing your breath, your body, the truth of how you actually feel beneath the performance of being fine. It's the beginning of paying attention again.

Remember

Remembering is trickier, because it isn't about recalling facts. It's about the body's memory of who you were before the world told you who to be. Underneath the roles we play, there is usually someone quieter, wiser, and more whole than we give ourselves credit for. My work is often just a doorway back to her.

Belong

And belonging, finally, is the place all of this leads. Not belonging to a group or an identity, but belonging to yourself first, and from that steadier ground, belonging to others honestly, without needing to shrink or perform to earn your place.

These three words aren't a slogan. They're the shape of the work itself, and I'm endlessly grateful to walk this path alongside the women who trust me with it.
