Yoga Through The Chakras – 7 Week Course
This short yoga course offers an opportunity to move your body, rest your body and calm your mind.
Gentle asana (postures) movement, breath work and guided meditation slow down and relax the body. Much needed with the fast pace of todays life.
We will use the chakra system as our template to work through the energy points within the body to bring it back into a sense of calm at ease. Each week we will have a light focus of our attention on a specific chakra. There are seven in total.
