Well Woman Retreat Day - 31 October

Samhain (pronounced Saw-win) was an ancient Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter or the “darker half” of the year. Nature is getting ready to let go and move into a time of rest and renewal and during this extra special retreat day we hear her wisdom and turn our attention inwards.

This small and intimate retreat day will offer you time away from your everyday responsibilities to come into space with other like minded women as we explore, rest, connect and nourish.

This time for self care offers much needed energy for everyday life and modern life.

Retreat includes:

  • Sawhain Circle – a connected space of exploration
  • Gentle embodied movement practice – to release any tensions and knots
  • Restorative Total Yoga Nidra – for nourishing deep rest
  • Nature connection – explore beautiful grounds of Wasing
  • Warming vegetarian lunch
  • Herbal tea and fruit throughout the day

About Wasing
Wasing is one of the most diverse, organic Estates in England, yet still is one of Berkshire’s best kept secrets. The Walled Garden is an oasis of calm and a very special place. It has an abundance of amazing flora and fauna to stimulate the senses, beautiful old brick walls and a Victorian glasshouse.

The eco Woodland venue, set in a leafy glade beneath wondrous towering trees and ancient woodland.

We will be gathering in the Pavilion, an indoor studio drenched in light, rolling out to the lawn.  Within the grounds there are both the Walled Garden and ancient woodland that offers outdoor wonder and connection to nature.
