In this very busy world it can be a challenge to find some quite time to rest and restore your mind, body and soul. Maybe you have a full on job, a busy family life, a long commute to work or perhaps you are caring for someone else with little time for yourself.
It is a space that you can come and just ’be’. Nowhere to go and nothing to do but rest and be guided into relaxation. The candles will be lit, the room scented gently, music to soothe your soul, poetry to soothe your mind and you will be guided to a space of deep relaxation.
The session will consist of gentle mindful movements to relax and open up some space in your body for your breath to expand. Followed by some guided breath work which will enable your body and mind to settle and any tension to melt away. We will finish the session with guided visualisation or mediation to deeply relax you. You will leave feeling brand new and ready to enjoy a soothing Sunday.
The room we will use is beautiful, cosy and you are invited to bring blankets and pillows and wear comfortable clothing.
