After the incredibly positive feedback of previous session the Slow Flow Yoga sessions are back!
A wonderfully calming, slow paced restorative yoga practice with emphasis on rest and deep relaxation to calm the body and mind.
The practice itself will involve gentle embodied movement and passive postures. The postures are held for a longer period of time allowing a safe stretch through deeper layers of the body. We will take our attention inwards through guided breathwork and meditation. Soothing music and poetry will guide you into a deeper state of relaxation. The perfect antidote to the daily chatter of the mind and busy life.
This type of practice is so beneficial for relaxing the mind, creating a meditative state and a sense of being rather than doing.
Self care is not indulgence. Self care is an act of self respect.
