Sanctuary

Sanctuary ~ I welcome you to to join me on a six week journey of nurturing and nourishment in circle gathering with other women in your community. This is a warm supportive space that will allow you to experience genuine connection, listening, sharing, and unfolding. You will be given the opportunity to slow down and rest, practice self care and compassion ~ medicine for these times. 

This is for you if you…

• Have a longing for something beyond the ‘day to day’. 
• Desire a deeper sense of presence and self knowing. 
• Know it’s time to actively resource yourself. 
• Are ready to create/ recreate healthy boundaries. 
• Yearn to experience pleasure beyond doing. 
• Wish to embody rest practices beyond the average ‘sleep at night’. 
• Know the importance of community for healing and connection. 

Our time together will offer you…

• Dream ~ guided practice of Yoga Nidra (sleep of the yogini) which offers profound relaxation and moments of insight. 
• Rest ~ to nourish every cell of your being. 
• Expand ~ restorative Yoga and embodied movement. 
• Soften ~ deepening connections and community holding.
• Learn ~ we get to try new ways of being together in a non judgmental environment.  
• Breathe ~ insight, healing and restoration through gentle guided breathwork. 
• Explore ~ intuitive exercises to tap you into the inner wisdom beneath the daily noise of the mind.
• Welcome Deep Joy! We say YES to joy knowing it is our birthright! 

Everything is an invitation. You have absolute autonomy over what you participate in. You might choose to come and simply lie down and enjoy the space. You can do as little or as much as you wish to. All of you is welcome, every part, every emotion. This is a place for all of it, all of you, just as you are.
