Join Tanya Forgan in the Andalusian Oasis of Villa Cortijo Las Salinas.  This retreat is designed to help you completely unwind and step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  It will offer you the opportunity to unwind from everyday life and get some rest in a space where you can truly relax.  When we feel more relaxed we can reconnect with ourselves, nature and others at a deeper level.  We can enjoy the space together and become more and more present – and therefore more in love with life.

Description

Cortijo Las Salinas is peaceful haven sitting proudly and majestically amidst the olive groves, with uninterrupted views over the beautiful dramatic landscapes of the Sierra Sur.  

The property is relaxed and tranquil - perfect for spiritual practice. You can relax by the large crystal tiled swimming pool or in one of the many  secluded areas.  This prestigious villa is stylish and tastefully furnished, yet retains all the charm of the traditional cortijo.  This is the perfect space to take a walk or just lie back and take it easy.

Cortijo is the place of dreams, a paradise you will want to return to again and again.

Our practice 

This retreat is restorative which will mean there will be no dynamic yoga practice.  It offers you the space for your mind, body and soul to come into a space of deep nourishing rest.  Nowhere to go and nowhere to be.  This is your time.  

Each day we will have two sessions which will include movement, restorative and mindful yoga practice and breathwork.  During the course of our time together we will also gather to connect as a group in circle time.  This is suitable for absolutely anyone, from beginners to more advanced.

Together we will allow the magic to unfold.  

The food

I am delighted to be teaming up with Benjamin and Anne-marie from Pachamama Organic once more to bring a taste explosion to our time spent together.  If you have been on retreat with me before you will remember their utterly divine food from Casa de Laila.  They are so passionate about growing and creating delicious 100% organic plant-based whole foods in harmony with Mother Nature. Together we shall embark on a food journey.

Post-Practice brunch

Immediately following daily early morning practice we will be met with a vibrant feast of sweet and savoury nourishing dishes, both cooked and raw, in brunch buffets. This will include fresh fruit smoothies or juices, toasted granola or overnight oats, freshly baked sweet loaves as well as more substantial savoury main dishes, such as pastries, buddha bowls and hearty breakfast salads, often accompanied by dips, vegan cheeses and spreads.  There will be loose leaf herbal teas, coffee, breads, crackers, home-made jams and an abundance of fresh fruits complete a true feast for the senses.

Afternoon super snack 

A simple yet highly nutritious sweet and/or savoury supersnack is available in the afternoon. Superfood snacks such as energy balls, raw crackers & dips, and soup-shots are often accompanied by home made beverages such as kombucha, kefir, chai or golden milk.

Dinner service

An inspiring nightly feast, the veggie dinner banquets are a daily point of excitement.  Each evening you will be spoiled with a thoughtfully planned, original and creative menu showcasing the seasons finest produce. Every dinner is completed with a beautifully presented dessert.

Flights

Please contact me for further info prior to booking. London return flights from Gatwick to Malaga are possible, available now at excellent times of day and great rates. Flights from other international airports are also easily available.

Collection and drop off to Malaga Airport can be arranged at nominal extra cost depending on arrival and departure times - as such please discuss with me before booking.
