After the huge success of the retreat in 2019 we will return once more to the beautiful 'Cortijo Las Salinas'. This women's retreat offers you a space to turn away from the busy pace of everyday life and step into a quieter place. I will create a nurturing environment free of judgment where you can reconnect with yourself, tune back into the earth and gather with other like minded women. During our time together we will experience modern day practice interwoven with ancient wisdom. This is time for you. This is time for you to connect more deeply with yourself, to live your dreams, and feel amazing in your body. This is your time to come back home to yourself.
This retreat is co-created by Tanya Forgan and Emma Curley. Two sisters in deep connection and love weaving into the circles of women. Tanya will be bringing to the retreat 'well woman yoga therapy' which supports the wellbeing and healing in women's bodies. We will take a dive into cyclical wisdom through women's circles, yoga, yoga nidra, mantra and mindfulness. Emma is a sound healer and will bring this to our journey. Her sound work is restorative, nourishing and healing on many levels.

Our time spent together will be at the relaxed and tranquil villa - Cortijo Las Salinas, Andalusia. You can relax by the large crystal tiled swimming pool or in one of the many secluded areas. This prestigious villa is stylish and tastefully furnished, yet retains all the charm of the traditional cortijo. The perfect space to take a walk or just lie back and take it easy.
Included in the retreat:
- All practices guided by Tanya Forgan and Emma Curley.
- Complementary yogi teas and coffees throughout the day.
- Dinner on the Friday. Brunch, super snack, dinner on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Breakfast on Tuesday.
- Wine and some spirits are also available for purchase via the honesty bar (duty free alcohol is not permitted).
The food on this retreat is plant-based whole foods in harmony with Mother Nature. Together we shall embark on a food journey.
After morning practice we will be met with a vibrant feast of sweet and savoury nourishing dishes, both cooked and raw, in brunch buffets. This will include fresh fruit smoothies or juices, toasted granola or overnight oats, and more substantial savoury main dishes, such as pastries, buddha bowls and hearty breakfast salads, often accompanied by dips, vegan cheeses and spreads. There will be loose leaf herbal teas, coffee, breads, crackers, home-made jams and an abundance of fresh fruits complete a true feast for the senses.
Afternoon super snack:
A simple yet highly nutritious sweet and/or savoury supersnack is available in the afternoon. Superfood snacks such as energy balls, raw crackers and dips.
An inspiring nightly feast, the veggie dinner banquets are a daily point of joy for us all. Every dinner is completed with a beautifully presented dessert. Food made and received with love.

We strongly recommend that you have full travel insurance to cover the activities on your retreat.
It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your retreat, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g., to itineraries, venue accommodation, chefs, yoga), which we reserve the right to do at any time. Changes are normally minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date.
