Join Tanya & Russ for an engaging morning of mindfulness practice for everyone. Using simple, and playful practices, you and your children will learn ways to access peace & calm during times of intense emotions and common frustrations. Children will find that mindfulness helps them with relationships, concentration, and creativity, and parents will learn to find more grace amidst the chaos of everyday life.

This workshop is designed for parents with children aged 6 to 11.
