This wonderfully nurturing retreat day is for anyone seeking to take time out and tune in with their experience in a quiet, supportive, small-group environment.
During this day of mindfulness practice, we will experience a range of different mindfulness-based practices which are perfect for to create a deeper sense of inner peace and reflection and also portable enough to continue within your own life.
This retreat is suitable for women who are interested in knowing more about mindfulness and meditation or for those looking to strengthen their practice and improve their wellbeing in life.
There will be short periods of silence throughout the day.
This price includes a light wholesome healthy vegetarian lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
A journal and pen is required for this retreat.
