One Day Mindfulness and Meditation Day – Saturday 20th June 10am – 4:30pm
- Develop your Mindfulness Meditation through a variety of guided practice
- Experience the complete tranquillity of spending portions of the day in silence
- Mindful walk with the garden
- Mindfully eat lunch – part in silence
- Guided restorative relaxation practice to complete day
Please bring a blanket and cushions for your own comfort and use, wear relaxing clothes and also be prepared to go outside in all weathers

The retreat will be held at the beautiful Tula Wellbeing Centre.
