Gather women, bring your sisters, your friends.  This is an exciting invitation for a day of celebration for all women.  Held in the stunning venue of Wasing Park, Aldermaston, this is a day of pure delight.

We will begin the day at 10am with a delicious feminine embodied yoga practice led by Tanya Forgan (suitable for absolutely everyone).  Blanca Leon will share some inspirational stories about women who have changed the world for the greater good. There will be an open space to celebrate women who have inspired us.

We will enjoy lunch together.

After lunch we will take a mindful walk into the Wasing Estate where we can expect to experience the walled garden, heathland and the ancient woodland.

The day will conclude with a deeply restorative yoga Nidra practice with Tanya and sound journey from Shamanic Healer Emma Curley.

You will leave feeling inspired, enlivened and with a big smile on your face and joy in your heart.

We would love you to come and join us.
