Imbolc | The Intention of the Heart Workshop (online)
Imbolc is one of the eight Celtic festivals – it’s the threshold between Winter Solstice (the longest night of the year) and Spring Equinox (mid-Spring), where we start to see the first signs of Spring. By connecting to the cycles of the seasons we can evaluate where we’ve come from, take stock of what we’ve learned, and focus on what we’d like to manifest in the coming seasons. This workshop invites us to connect to the essence of Imbolc and to enter stillness so we can better listen to the inner wisdom of our hearts once again.
Questions might arise as to what to do with our precious life, and whether we are living it to the best of our ability. These questions can often be thought of and processed by the head rather than the heart. We may pledge to change not just who we are, but what we do and imagine how happy we might be with the change. We often come from a place of ‘lack’ rather than ‘love’. Lack might be “I am not enough…”, “I need to change….” or “I want to be more…”. These are often misguided desires of the ego and conditioning feeding only the common ‘not good enough’ story and quickly fall short. When we explore our deepest wishes from our heart something quite different can unfold - this is the fertile soul from which to seek new ways forward, from which we can manifest inspired change in our lives.
This workshop offers time and space for curiosity and to listen to our inner wisdom.
Open to all.
