Morning session, Afternoon session
Tanya is teaming up with Nutritionist Minna Wood from Metawell (www.metawell.co.uk) to bring a great workshop exploring ways in which we can create a healthy body and mind during 2018 through yoga, mindfulness and nutrition.
Tanya will guide you through a nourishing yoga session and offer some tips on how to bring movement into each day.
Minna will deliver a talk on the importance of food as nourishment, how to balance blood sugar and start to create good nutritional balance in your life.
There will also be tips on how to practice mindful eating, while we enjoy some delicious low-sugar, gluten-free vegetarian snacks prepared by Minna.

Venue: Tula Wellbeing Centre, Longhill Lodge, Long Hill Rd, Winkfield Row, Ascot SL5 8RE
Cost: £38 per person for either the morning or afternoon session, booking essential
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing and a blanket for the yoga session
Socks or slippers (the venue has a no-shoe policy)
Pen and notepad if you want to take notes during the talk.
