Community Rest - In Person

Are you ready to take a rest?

This deeply restful evening will incorporate some gentle restorative movements to ease away physical tightness and tension you might be holding in your body and pranayama to connect you to your breath.

There will be two Yoga Nidras (sleep yoga) to take you on a magical journey to encourage awareness and relaxation. Yoga Nidra translates as “yogic sleep” and offers you an invitation to rest and float into a lucid space of wonder.

Leave feeling calm, refreshed and revitalised.

Who would you be if you were deeply rested?

All welcome.

I invite you to bring with you as many blankets as you wish, a cushion, bolsters (there are some at the studio you can use if you wish), sheepskin/ yoga mat and perhaps even an eye pillow.
