This is an evening of heavenly bliss. Geeta and I will take you on a journey of love through the senses as we weave a sensory experience.

We will begin by gathering in circle to express our deep love and gratitude for life – as a heart opening practice. Then we will weave through the evening….

Taste – Welcoming with an?organic Cacao – sacred drinking chocolate ; high both in nutritional and energetic components.

See – We will then enjoy a short heart warming movie together.

Hear – We have beautiful music for you to enjoy to warm your soul and move your body.

Touch – We will gift you with a gorgeous essential oil blend for self massage – Smell?

This evening is all about joy and love….from us to you and?will conclude with Tanya guiding healing through Yoga Nidra and rest.
